Youth Ambassador Responsibilities

As an ambassador, you are directly involved with the organization of TEDxYouth@Toronto conference by spreading the word about the event at your school and in your local community. Using your network, this can include, but is not limited to, the following initiatives:

• sharing posts from the official TEDxYouth@Toronto Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram pages
• sharing digital posters and postcards of the event with your peers, family, and friends
• volunteering at our events by live Tweeting, photographing, and blogging your experiences

This year’s event takes place on November 14th, 2015. Attendee applications will open in early September, so we encourage you to get the word out to your fellow students within the first couple weeks of school.

• you love what TEDxYouth@Toronto stands for, and want to be a part of creating an event that inspires and ignites!
• you will be showcased on the Youth Ambassador page with links to your social media
• have the opportunity to be featured in one of our guest blog posts throughout the year
• be part of the TEDxYouthToronto official promo video that we will showcase during the event
• your involvement may allow you to log volunteer hours, accumulate class credit, or more!
