Biography

Jason Field founded Brainstation after experiencing a personal pain point: the lack of an intimate learning environment to provide him with the resources to learn the basics of web development and design.

BrainStation empowers working professionals, entrepreneurs, and aspiring freelancers with the skills needed to solve meaningful problems with technology and the confidence needed to shape their own future. BrainStation has allowed Jason to learn about various technologies from industry professionals while also building and expanding a business from scratch.

BrainStation was acquired in 2014 by the Konrad Group, where Jason continues to build the brand while serving as a technology and strategy consultant. He is excited to be a part of a team that has delivered technical solutions in use by over 50 million people in 50 countries around the globe — including brands such as Deloitte, McDonalds and MTV. Since being acquired, Jason has championed BrainStation’s expansion beyond Toronto in to Waterloo, Vancouver, Ottawa, Costa Rica, and New York.
